Society Membership

Membership is open to anyone in and around the Staffordshire area that has an interest in amateur radio, whether a shortwave listener, already licensed or working towards obtaining one.

SADARS is a very active society, where there is always something of interest going on. Just a quick glance at the events list for the society will show a varied and full schedule, with everything from special event stations to construction projects that everyone joins in with.

Membership fees are £15 for the year plus a nominal £1 entry fee to Thursday night meetings.

Membership of the society and also brings asscociate membership of the St.Leonards Sports and Social club, where the majority of meetings are held. The Social club is an excellent venue for club meetings, providing comfortable meeting rooms and access to a licenced bar.
